| Online in-tank aggressive agents density & concentration meter DC-70 of LEMIS process has new generation sensor with spherical lens technology for continuous measuring. Spherical lens is made of a sapphire rod, which has one flat butt-end and the other is spherical. The main advantage of DC-70 series is the possibility to measure aggressive agents density and concentration directly inside the battery or tank, without using the procedure of sampling and probe injecting - which permits to control the charge level. This feature is achieved because the optical unit is made as a compact probe, which is partly immersed into the aggressive agents when the device is online. DC-70 allows obtained data transfer to PC or other devices for their printing, saving, archive and further processing. Easy access to the submersible lens provides quick cleaning (if necessary). On-line construction reduces labor and time consumption. |
